Lorene L. Ritchie Lorene L. Ritchie, 81, passed away Wednesday, March 12, 2003. She was in the care of the staff of Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was the last remaining survivor of Sallie and John Powell of Knox County. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Sally and Bob Patton of Louisville; a son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Terri Ritchie of Sanborn, MN., three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services were held at Resthaven Funeral home, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville. Burial was in Barbourville Cemetery. Contributions may be sent to Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville, Hope Lutheran Church of Louisville, 4200 Shenandoah Drive 40241, Habitat of Metro Louisville or Kentucky Derby Festival Foundation.
