Mary POWELL Mary Powell, 85, of Bimble, passed away Friday, March 31, 2006 in Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin. She was a daughter of the late Harrison Payne and Chlora (Mills) Payne and the widow of Coleman Powell. She was a lifelong member of Friendship Holiness Church where she served as treasurer. She is survived by one son, Jack Powell and wife Bonnie; one daughter, Sue Clark and husband Jack; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Services were conducted Sunday, April 2 in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. David Rice and Tommy Frazier officiating. Burial was in Payne Cemetery at Bimble. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
