Ollie Pitman, 96, Williamsburg, passed away Wednesday morning, June 25, 2003 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center. Survivors include one daughter, Lorraine Jones of Williamsburg; one son, Leo Preston Pitman of Winfield, Tennessee; 24 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Lily Troxwell of Eminence; also several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Pitman and a son, Charles Owen Pitman. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 28 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lester Cox and Rev. Larry Day officiating. Burial was in the Jenny's Chapel Cemetery in Casey County. Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
