FRANCIS "Wease" PAYNE, 82, Jellico, Tennessee passed away Monday, May 13, 2002 at the Windwood Nursing Home, Clinton, Tennessee. He is survived by his wife, Joie Lindsay Payne. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m., May 15 at the Cox & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lester Cox and Rev. Wayne Hedrick officiating. Interment will be held on May 16, 10:00 a.m. at the Jellico Cemetery by Cox & Son Funeral Home. |
