James Ray Partin Mr. James Ray Partin, 46, of Barbourville, a son of the late Shelt and Martha Ellen Brown Partin, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003 in Barbourville Nursing Home. He was a member of the Apple Grove Baptist Church and a disabled factory worker. He is survived by one brother, Ronnie Partin and wife Linda of Barbourville; four sisters, Jean Wagers and husband Troy of Cincinnati, Ohio, Lorraine Huegel and husband Edward of Seaford, Va., Murie Brown of Bull Run and Rachell Ellison of Cincinnati, Ohio. Services were conducted in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003 with the Rev. Bobby Lawson officiating. Burial was in Partin-Bays Cemetery at Bull Run. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
