| Ethel Stewart Messer, 74, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 1999 in the Franciscan Hospital Western Hills in Cincinnati. She was born on August 14, 1924 in Bell County. She was a homemaker. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of the Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home in Covington Saturday, March 27 at 9 a.m. Graveside services were conducted in the Messer Family Cemetery at Artemus Saturday at 2 p.m. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements. |
