| GEORGE MILLS, 81, of Hinkle, was born on April 16, 1918 and departed this life in the Knox County Hospital on Monday, May 10, 1999.He was the son of the late Ike Mills and the late Sarah Jane (Jackson) Mills. On December 3, 1936, he united in marriage to Mary Ellen Wagers. Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, May 13 at 2 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Frazier officiating. Burial followed in the Callebs Creek Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements |
