| FRANK MILLS, 75, of Heidrick, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 1999 at his home. He was the son of the late Ike and Fannie (Smith) Mills. On December 23, 1943, he was united in marriage to Ardiana Broughton. He was a retired coal miner Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Tip Smith and Owen Smith officiating. Burial followed in the Broughton Cemetery on Road Fork. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
