Ethel Mills Ethel Mills, 82, of Salt Gum, a daughter of the late Harrison and Martha Mills, passed away Friday, Nov. 19, 2004 in Barbourville Nursing Home. Her husband, Homer Mills, preceded her in death. She was a member of Salt Gum Baptist Church and a homemaker. She is survived by one son, Jerry Lee Mills; five daughters, Virginia Mills and husband Glen, Genora Stewart, Victoria Deaton, Betty Hibbard and Ruthie Mae Mills; two brothers, Chris Mills and wife Ellen, Harrison Mills Jr. and wife Virgie; two sisters, Esceline Messer and husband Ed and Laura Bargo; 23 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; four great, great grandchildren. Services were conducted in Hampton Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, Nov. 23 with the Revs. Donnie Mills and Herman Mills officiating. Burial was in Lige-Mills Cemetery at Mills. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
