Cecil Ray Mills Cecil Ray Mills, 31, of Parrott Branch, passed away Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004 in Bowling Green from injuries suffered in a car accident. He was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and an employee of Brocks Excavating Company in London. He is survived by his wife and sons, Carol Payne Mills, Travis Andrew and Chandler Ray Mills; his parents, Jimmy Mills Sr. and Dora Buttery Mills; a brother, Jimmie Wayne Mills and wife Kelly; a sister, Kimberly Jean Hubbard and husband Jason; a brother-in-law, Randy Payne. Services were conducted in Hopper Funeral Home Chapel Wednesday, Dec. 1 with the Revs. William Wolfe and Doug Martin officiating. Burial was in Mills-Parrott Cemetery at Parrott Branch. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
