Billie MILLER, Jr. Billie Miller Jr., 72, of Lily, passed away Thursday, Jan. 26, 2006 in the V.A. Medical Center in Lexington. He was a son of the late Frazier and Elizabeth Valentine Miller. He was retired from Car Manufacture Co. and was of the Baptist faith. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his wife, Joe Ann Bradshaw Miller; one daughter, Teresa Miller Ledford; three stepdaughters, Kimberly Plecher, Cindy Hamlin and Lori Stranton; one brother, Elmer Miller; two sisters, Judy Doan and Zelma Kness; two grandchildren; two great great children; nine adopted grandchildren. Services were conducted in Corbin Funeral Home Chapel Monday, Jan. 30 with the Rev. Joel Halcomb officiating. Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery with military graveside rites by the American Legion Post #88. This has been a courtesy of Knox Funeral Home. |
