| CHAD FRANK MATTINGLY, 15, of London, passed away Monday, January 25, 1999 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. He was the son of Grant and Carolyn Vaughn Mattingly. He was the grandson of Helen Jean Vaughn of Barbourville. Funeral services were held in the Robinson Creek Baptist Church Friday, January 29 at 2 p.m with the Revs. Dennis Chesnut, Sam Creech and Gerald Wells officiating. Burial followed in the Merrimac Cemetery. Laurel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. This a courtesy announcement of Hopper Funeral Home. |
