Robert L. Mason, 99, of Pineville, passed away Friday, Dec. 27, 2002 at his home. He was the son of the late Franklin and Belle Evans and was a mason and a member of the Salem #1 Baptist Church. He is survived by his two daughters, Jane Mason Grubbs, Clear Creek, Anna Mason Patterson, Ft. Wayne, Ind.; two sons, Franklin Mason and Robert L. Mason, both of Clear Creek; 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services were conducted Monday at Binghamtown Baptist Church with the Revs. W.B Bingham and Clint Goodin officiating. Tillman, S.J., 88, of Clarkston, Mich., formerly of Barbourville, passed away Jan. 9, 2003 in Clarkston. He was a former pastor at St. Gregory Church in Barbourville. He is survived by his sister, Ruthanne Rust and Stephen and Carl Rust. A funeral mass was conducted Monday at Colombiere. Arrangements were by A.J. Desmond and Sons Funeral Home.
