Mildred Edith MAGGARD Mildred Edith Maggard, 88, of Barbourville, passed away Monday, April 10, 2006 in Knox County Hospital. She is survived by niece Neila Maggard Soper and nephew Claybourn R. Moore Jr. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday. Visitation will at Hopper Funeral Home Wednesday, 6-9 p.m. Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements. |
