Thula Thelma Loudin, 90, Newcomb, Tennessee passed away Thursday, June 26, 2003 at the Jellico Community Hospital.

Funeral services were held June 28 at the Newcomb Church of God with Rev. Durand Dixon officiating. Burial followed in the Douglas Cemetery by the Harp Funeral Home.
