Burl Kelsay, 65, Corbin, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2002 at Baptist Regional Medical Center. Two sisters survive. Funeral services were held August 17 at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert King officiating. Burial was in the Hart Cemetery by Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. |
