| Perry Jarvis, Jr., age 82, July 31, 2007, at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. He was born on August 20, 1924, in Barbourville, KY to Perry Hazard, Sr. and Mary Alice (Hilton) Jarvis. He was retired from Children's Hospital. Veteran of U.S. Army during World War II. Perry loved his family, church, friends, and traveling. Longtime member of Shephard St. Paul United Methodist Church. Perry is survived by his loving wife, Janice E. Jarvis; children, Patricia (Joseph) Schratz, Perry Jarvis III and Daniel Jarvis; 3 grandsons; brother, Lowell (Roberta) Jarvis and Creed (Norma Jean) Jarvis; many nieces and nephews and numerous friends. Funeral service 1 p.m. August 6, 2007, at Shephard St. Paul United Methodist Church, 2260 E. Fifth Ave., Columbus, OH, where the family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service. Rev.
