| OPAL HUBBARD, 59, of Middlesboro, formerly of Barbourville, was born on August 31, 1940 and departed this life in the Generation Center in Middlesboro on Monday, April 26, 1999. She was the daughter of the late Sol Hubbard and the late Elsie (Mills) Hubbard. She was a homemaker. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, April 28 at 2 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Glenn Collins and Rev. Herman Hudson officiating. Burial followed in the Carter Cemetery at Meadowcreek. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
