Donnie W. Howard, 58, formerly of Whitley County, passed away Friday, July 19, 2002 in Dayton, Ohio. He is survived by three daughters and two sons. Graveside funeral services were held July 25 at the Wells Cemetery with burial following by the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home. |
