| JAMES H. HEMBREE, 86, of Baileys Switch, passed away Thursday, June 3,1999 in the Marymount Medical Center in London. He was the son of the late Steve and Nancy Cassidy Hembree born on April30, 1913 at Brush Creek in Knox County.He was a former coal miner, construction worker and factory worker. In August 1940 he united in marriage with Mary McDonald. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Sunday, June 6 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Darrell Bargo and the Rev.Columbus Hensley officiating. He was laid to rest in the Hutchins Cemetery at Baileys Switch.Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
