Donald N. Hembree Donald N. Hembree, 62, of Carrollton, formerly of Knox County, passed away Friday, Dec. 31, 2004 at Audubon Regional Hospital in Louisville. He was a son of the late Robert Tye Hembree and Henry Louretta Stewart. He was retired from Kentucky Utilities and attended Family Worship Center in Carrrollton. He is survived by his wife, Marchita Johnson Hembree; two sons, Chris Hembree and Tim Hembree; one daughter, Jenny Jasper; two stepsons, Matt Johnson and Chad Johnson; two sisters, Shirley Hall and Kay Mills; six brothers, Charles Hembree, Jorry Hembree, Robert Hembree, Jack Hembree, Arthur Hembree and Danny Hembree; 12 grandchildren. Services were conducted Monday, Jan. 3, 2005 at Family Worship Center with Pastor Pat Butcher officiating. Burial was in Birch-Alford Cemetery at Artemus. Graham-Dunn Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. This has been a courtesy announcement from Hopper Funeral Home. |
