Clinton B. Hammons, 95, of Barbourville, passed away Sunday, Sept. 7, 2003 at Knox County Hospital. He was the husband of the late Axie Williamson Hammons. The funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Knox Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in the Barbourville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church of Barbourville or to the Clinton B. Hammons Scholarship Fund at Union College. Notice entered Tuesday, September 09, 2003. |
