| BEN GOLDEN, 77, of Trosper, passed away Thursday, January 28, 1999 in the Knox County Hospital. He was the son of the late Ben Golden, Sr. and Mollie (Lawson) Golden. He was a coal miner and factory worker and a veteran of WWII. Funeral services were held in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, January 31, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Austin Long officiating. Burial followed in the Barbourville Cemetery. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
