| ROY GIBSON, 63, of Boone Height, the husband of Mildred Gibson, was born in Knox County on August 4, 1936 to the late Jennings and Allie Logan Gibson and passed away Sunday, September 26, 1999 in London. He was an accomplished musician and song- writer. On May 13, 1994 he was united in marriage to Mildred Welch. Survivors include his wife Mildred of Boone Height. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, September 29, 1999 at 11 a.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Sylvester Dunn officiating. Burial followed in the Bain Cemetery at Hubbs Creek. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
