Birdie Mae FULTZ

Birdie Mae Carnes Fultz, 73, of Dayton, Ohio, formerly of Knox County, passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2005 in Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. She was a member of Henderson Chapel Methodist Church at Sharp Gap. She was a daughter of the late Walter Carnes and Sudie Gray Carnes and the wife of the late David Fultz.

She is survived by her children, Charles Fultz and wife Cheryl, Donald Fultz and Rose Mary Gartenmayer; eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Kanelos and husband Jim, Louise Jackson and husband Estil; one brother, Frank Carnes and wife Colleen.

Services were conducted in Hopper Funeral Home Chapel Monday, Nov. 7 with the Rev. Tommy Frazier officiating. Burial was in Mayhew Cemetery at Sharp Gap. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
