Linda Ftacek, 56, of Corbin, a daughter of Pat Wells Gomez and the late Edward Woosley, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2003 in Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

She is survived by her mother, Pat Wells Gomez, Corbin, and her stepfather, Al Gomez, Corbin; her stepmother, Mona Woosley, Louisville; her husband, Tom Ftacek, Corbin; one son, Duane Holloman, Phoenix, Ariz.; two stepsons, Michael Ftacek and wife Roberta, Italy, Charles Ftacek, Phoeniz, Ariz; three daughters, Tonya Frederick and husband Anthony, Mt. Vernon, Gina Slone and husband Toby, Richmond, Michelle Ftacek, Corbin; three brothers, C.D. Woosley, Phoeniz, Ariz., Paul Woosley, Florida, Jeff Gomez, Corbin; two sisters, Janice Mitchum, Louisville, Debbie Adams, Corbin; 11 grandchil-dren. Services were conducted Friday in Corbin Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Bobby Joe Eaton and Terry Williams officiating. Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery.
