| KATHRYN C. FOLEY, 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Barbourville, passed away Thursday, January 28, 199 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late William McKinley Cox and Zilphia Bennett Cox. She was the wife of the late Frank Thomas Foley. Funeral services were held in the chapel of the Hopper Funeral on Sunday, January 31 at 1 p.m. with the Revs. Darrell Bargo and William Wolfe officiating. Burial followed in the Hutchins Cemetery at Bailey Switch. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
