| CLAUDE EDWARD EVANS, 56, of Cannon, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2000 in the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Tenn. He was the son of the late Walter and Cindy Carroll Evans born on May 3, 1943 in Knox County. Funeral services were conducted in the chapel of Knox Funeral Home Sunday, March 12 at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Phillip Wynn and Rev. Vernon Morris officiating. He was laid to rest in the Goodin Cemetery at Bimble. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
