Stella M. EDWARDS Stella M. Edwards, 91, of Huntington, W. Va., formerly of Knox County, passed away Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006 in the Regency Park Retirement Home in Huntington. She was a daughter of the late Everett and Pauline Blackburn Mitchell and the wife of the late Ben F. Edwards. She was a musician and a member of Saint Andrew United Methodist Church in Saint Albans, W. Va. She is survived by her children, Dr. Ben M. Edwards and wife Christine, Dr. Diane Edwards; two grandchildren; four step grandchildren; one great granddaughter. Graveside services were conducted in Barbourville Cemetery Tuesday, Feb. 7 with the Rev. Joel Allen officiating. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
