Betty S. DILLOW Betty S. Dillow, 73, of Artemus, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2005 in Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin. She was a daughter of the late Oscar Thomas and Evelyn Wilson Thomas. She was a member of Artemus Baptist Church. In 1949, she united in marriage with John Harvey Sowders and two daughters were born, Glenda and Pam. In 1971, she united in marriage with Bob Dillow. She is survived by her husband, Bob Dillow; children, Glenda Fleurette, Pam Lockwood, Terri Watson and husband Les and Susan Dillow; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one sister, Juanita Troutman and husband Raymond. Services were conducted in Hopper Funeral Home Chapel Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005 with the Revs. B.F. Jackson and John E. Engel officiating. Burial was in Barbourville Cemetery. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
