VIVIAN SILER DELPH, 79, Williamsburg, passed away Friday, May 24, 2002 at the Beech Tree Manor, Jellico, Tennessee. She was the wife of the late Stanley Delph. Funeral services were held May 27 at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William H. Morgan officiating. Burial was in the Resthaven Cemetery by the Hart Funeral Home. |
