| ALICE CARNES DAVIES, 90, of Barbourville, passed away Friday, January 15, 1999 at her home. She was a daughter of the late John A. and Hila Hendricks Carnes. She was a retired teacher from the Knox County School System. On December 27, 1942 she united in marriage with William Davies.. Funeral services were private at her home with her son, Bill, officiating. Burial followed in the Barbourville Cemetery. Knox Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
