INEZ HAWKINS COX, 75, Williamsburg, formerly of Clarkson, passed away Monday afternoon, April 29, 2002 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Survivors include nine children, Susie Damron of Williamsburg, Alan Cox of Williamsburg, Leon Cox of Maysville, Jerry Cox of Big Clifty, Roselind Cox of Texas, Vickie Barnes of London, June Keown of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, Robin Cox of Clarkson and Sylvia Mabe of Munfordsville; 20 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Cox; a son, Billy Cox; and her parents, Walter and Bessie Hawkins. Funeral services were held Thursday, May 2 at the Rogers-Oller Funeral Home in Clarkson with Bro. Craig Bratcher officiating. Burial was in the Eastview Cemetery in Hardin Co.
