| CELIA MARY COLLINS COSTNER, 58, of St. Louis, Missouri was born in Knox County on April 12, 1941 to Pascial Lee Collins and Tina Bell Van Collins and passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2000 in the Alexin Brothers Hospital in St. Louis. On February 8, 1969 she was united in marriage to Sam Costner. Survivors include her husband Sam Costner of St. Loius, Mo.; her mother, Tina Collins of Barbourville. Funeral services were conducted Saturday, February 26 at 11 a.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roe Gibson and the Rev. Jess Rickett officiating. Burial followed in the Van Cemetery at Coal Port. Hampton Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
