Maxine Clawson, 87, Wolf Creek River Road, Williamsburg, passed away Wednesday, August 7, 2002 at her home. She is survived by two sons, Jim Clawson and wife, Sue of Williamsburg and John Clawson of Williamsburg; three daughters, Joyce Clawson of Louisville, Sarah Faye Wright and husband, Larry of Ashland, and Sharon Proffitt and husband, Dale of LaGrange; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; one brother, Homer Beams and wife, Helen of Louisville; two sisters, Mary Walters of Louisville and Maude Davenport of Williamsburg. Funeral services were held Saturday, August 10 at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eugene Hamilton officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Stanfill Addition. Ellison Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
