Ellen Clark

Mrs. Ellen Clark passed to her reward after a lingering illness of ten weeks on Tuesday night.  She was the daughter of the late Henry Barnett who resided in and near Greenwood all his life.  She was 63 years old and is surv9ived by her husband, G. G. Clark and five sons, Messrs. Leslie, Barney O., Teddy, Arthur G., and Darwin all of whom were at the bedside when the end came.  Funeral services were conducted at the old schol house burying ground on Wednesday afternoon by Rev. J. T. Dobbs after which the remains were lowered to their last resting place by Hickman brothers in the presence of a host of friends and relatives wieh several nice floral tributes.
