David G. Carnes David G. Carnes, 51, of Corbin and formerly of Knox County, a son of the late Leonard Carnes and Carrie Hoskins Carnes, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2004 at his residence. He was a member of Dewitt Baptist Church. He was a welder and a construction worker. He is survived by his brothers, Leonard Carnes Jr. of Corbin, General Lee Carnes and wife Joyce of Latonia; his former wife, Ida J. Gaddis Carnes of Gray; his stepchildren, Christopher and Anthony Bolt, both of Boone County. Services were conducted at Hopper Funeral Home Chapel Tuesday, May 11, 2004 with the Revs. Roe Gibson and Doug Smith officiating. Burial was in Beatty Cemetery, Knox County. Hopper Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |
