DIXIE L.CAMPBELL , 74, Highway 92 East, Williamsburg, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2002 at St. Mary's Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is survived by one son, Daniel Roscoe Cox of Williamsburg; two daughters, Margie Claxton of Williamsburg and Mary Hill of Williamsburg; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; one brother, James Lawson of Bean Station, Tennessee; two sisters, Joann McVay Edwards and husband, Robert of Corbin and Barbara Thomas and husband, Willard of Bean Station, Tennessee; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Sunday, May 26 at the Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating. Burial was in the Cox Cemetery at Redbird. Ellison Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
