From Charlie Owens: This photo was made in 1910 at Union College - my father, Charles R. Owens, age 10 in 1910,�is standing in the 3rd row and is 3rd from the left side including the teacher - his sister Ruth Owens Sanders, age 6,�is in the 2nd row is 6th from the left - she looks like she has a bow in her hair.
