My father, Charles Rudolph Owens, b.�15 Dec. 1900, Barbourville, d. 28 Sept. 1959, Nashville, TN. Picture was made on Broadway, just off of Knox Street - you can see the back corner of Scotty Hudson's house.�Dad was about 17 years old and he is on his 1916 Harley Davidson.
