It was almost completely faded out. It is the only picture which has a name written on it....

James Madison Baker's father was a William Baker and he had a brother William. So this is probably James Madison's Brother...I believe that several of the Baker's had children named William...in every generation. But this William would have to be one of the later ones, I would think since it is on a postal card type mounting.
