Age 67 of Brookville, Ohio passed away Thursday, April 4,2002. Billy was born in Paintsville, Kentucky, November 23,1934.

Retired from from McCalls and L&CP, an army veteran and preceded in death by his parents, Shade & Laura Meek, his sisters, Juanita and Helen and his brothers, Clyde, Chester and Bobby.

He is survived by his wife, Thelma; 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Malinda and Darren Booth and Deborah & Martin Tucker; son and daughter-in-law, David & Sheri; 5 grandchildren; sister, Lydia
McDowell and 2 brothers,Shadie and Dempsey.

Funeral services 1:30 P.M. Monday at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "NORTHRIDGE CHAPEL,
5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road.
