granted to Lewis Wilson who made oath and with A M Franklin, his surety


entered into covenant as required by law.

Ordered that James T Hayden be and he is hereby appointed guardian


for Mary Wiley, orphan of Wilson Wiley, dec'd and thereupon said Hayden


made oath with William H Scott his Surety, entered into covenant as


required by law.  On page 308 it states Wilkerson Wiley was the 


administrator of Wilson Wiley. July 28-Aug 2, 1856. [pg 303]
