In the name of God Amen, the eleventh day of February 1807, I bluey Hucherson of the county of Harrison and State of Kentucky being very sick and Weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory,
thanks be given unto God therefore calling unto mind the Morblueity of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament, That is to
say principally & first of all I give & recommend my Soul blueo the hand of Mighty God that gave it and my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in decent Christian burial at the discrection of
my Executors.  Nothing doubting but at the general resurrecbluen I shall receive the same again by the Mighty power of God and as touching such worldly estate where with it has pleased God to
bless me in this life. I give and dispose of the same in thblueollowing manner and form.blue

First, I give to my daughter Mary Lewis Crosswhite, three sbluees, viz, Frederick, Charlotte and Creener.

Secondly, I give to my daughter Jane Stears Kinsler, three sbluees, viz, Levi, Lucinda and her child.  I also wish for Lewis to be appraised and for my daughter Mary to keep him and pay my daughter,
Jane the one half of his appraisement and my desire furtherblue that all other things that I die possessed of be equally divided between my aforesaid two daughters, except Margaret, who for her faith
full services unto me, I desire may go free to herself.

Lastly, I constitute, make and ordain my beloved friends Jblueb Powers and Robert McKitrick, Executors of this my last will and testament, revolking and utterly disallowing all other former wills,
legacies and Executors by me and in any ways before named. bluesp;Ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament,  In witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this day and year first above written.
