I John Henry of Harrison County and State of Kentucky being of bluend Disposing mind & memory and being Desirous to settle my worldly affairs do hereby make this my last will as follows,
First at my death I direct that so soon as my Executors herblue afternamed are qualified to act that out of my personal Estate they pay all my just Debts and Funeral charges. Then I give and
devise to my wife, if she survives me the posession of the pbluee on which I now live and all the personal property that I have after paying my debts as aforesaid to have and to hold during her
blue natural life and at her death the personal property to be blueally Divided among all my children and the land that remains after the two hundred acres herein after devised and taken off to be
equally divided between my son William Henry, my Daughtersbluency Northcutt, Betsy Dunn, Polly Dunn & Peggy Henry, then I give devise and bequeath to my son Thomas Henry one Hundred
acres of Land to include that where he now lives on the midblue fork of raven creek and being the upper part of the tract I bought of Cary L. Clarkeblue have and to hold to him his heirs and assigns
power. Then I give devise and bequeath unto my son James bluery one hundred acres of land on the said middle fork of raven Creek being the lower part of the same tract which I purchased from
the said Cary L. Clark to have and to hold to him his heirsblued assigns forever. But it is to be understood that I have already given to my son William Henry that part of the two hundred acres
which I formally purchased of Andrew Hampton which lays onbluee West Side of the middle fork of said raven creek and East of the Branch which rublueup by Thomas Henrys and has or is to be
conveyed to him by the said Clarke. I have also paid for onblueundred acres of land for my son John Henry which lays adjoining to the land of William Henry & for which he holds said Clarks Bond.
Lastly I do hereby Nominate and appoint my sons William Hbluey and James Henry as Executors to this my last will authorizing & requesting them to act as suchblue In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand & seal this day of in the year of blue Lord one thousand Eight hundred and, It bluealso my will that all property heretofore given to either of my children is to remain theirs &
not to be included in any Redivision.blue
