Will of John Hogan

In the name of God Amen. I, John Hogan of the County of Garrard, State of Kentucky, do make and bequeath my last will and testament that to say first of all my just debts are paid and secondly I give and bequeath unto my dear loving wife all my Estate both real and personal during her life or widowhood and at her death or intermarriage to be equally divided among my children. Lastly, I constitute and appoint Jacob Back, Daniel Brown and my wife, Elizabeth Executors to this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this eighteenth day of December, One thousand seven hundred and ninety-seven.
