Phineas Dailey Phineas also spelled Fenieez and Finess. Son of Powell Dailey and Rebecca Davis Dailey from Garrard County, Kentucky. He was born around 1884 and married Katie Locker, also from Garrard County, Kentucky. Around 1913 moved to Ohio with his wife and two children and changed his name to John F. Davis.
