In the name of God amen, I, Zachariah O. Pulliam of Franklin County and State of Kentucky being weak in body, but of sound disposing memory do make and constitute this my last will in the following manner to wit: After my just debts are paid, I will and dispose of the residue of my property as follows viz:
1st
The tract of land on which I now reside, I leave to my wife, Grace Pulliam,
except what I shall hereafter bequeath to my first wives children, during
her natural life, also all my

I leave to my sons by my first wife namely; Elijah Pulliam, Alanson
M. Pulliam and Milton Pulliam and my daughter Catharine Pulliam and my grandson,
Joseph Richard
Item:
I leave in addition to what I have left my son Elijah Pulliam , five
dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item: I leave in addition
to what I have left my son, Alanson M. Pulliam five
Item:
I leave in addition to what I have left my son, Milton Pulliam ten
dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item: I leave to my daughter
Catharine Pulliam in addition to what I have
Item:
I give to my sons, Alanson M. Pulliam, Milton Pulliam, my daughter
Catharine Pulliam and my grandson, Joseph Pulliam to them jointly on negro
woman Jenny and her future
Item:
I have a claim on Richard Bouleware, deceased estate, which is yet
settled. Should anything be recovered from said estate, I leave it
to be equally divided between my first wives
Item:
I give unto my wife a negro woman named Fanny and a negro boy named
William during her natural life and at her death said boy and woman with
her increase to be equally
