1st The tract of land on which I now reside, I leave to my wife, Grace Pulliam, except what I shall hereafter bequeath to my first wives children, during her natural life, also all my
household and kitchen furniture, farming utensils, my cart and oxen, one wagon with the following horses; one gray mare called Dolly, on by called, Mack and a bay filly, two years
called, Dinah, one sorrell filly two years old called Blaze, one dark iron grey colt called Owaldus, one black mare called, Puss, six first choice cows, also one old work ox, four first
choice of my yearlings, fifteen head of sheep, twenty five first choice of my stock of hogs, all my hay, fodder, corn, bacon wheat and oats that may be on my farm at my death and
at the death of my wife. The land and stock that she may leave together with the household and kitchen furniture, farming utensils, I wish to be equally divided between my four sons
namely; Thomas M. H. Pulliam, Zachariah O. Pulliam, George W. Pulliam, Edward M. U. Pulliam.  Item: I wish my library to be equally divided between my son Thomas, Zachariah,
George and Edward.  

Item:  I leave to my sons by my first wife namely; Elijah Pulliam, Alanson M. Pulliam and Milton Pulliam and my daughter Catharine Pulliam and my grandson, Joseph Richard
Pulliam, son of my daughter Mary Pulliam to be equally divided between them, thirty two acres of land being apart of the tract on which I now live and bounded as follows to wit:  
Beginning at a planted stone near a branch, thence south & east 98 poles to a planted stone on a hillside, thence south 58 1/2 west fourteen poles to an panted stone on the north
side of a branch south 36 1.4 east 26 poles and ten links to a planted stone at the northeast side of the graveyard, thence south 50 east 63 1/2 poles to a planted stone on Oliver
Majors line and with the same south 40 west 29 poles to a planted stone corner to said Major and Edmond Vaughan and with Vaughan's line north 50 west 111 poles  to a planted
stone and elm stump on the east side of the Versailles Road corner to Walker Vaughan and with his line north 40 east 25 poles and 15 links to a planted stone on the side of a branch
corner to said Vaughan and down said branch with Vaughan's line and with its meadows north 54 est 20 poles and ten links north 76 1/2 west 28 poles north 84 west 24 poles to a
locust sugar tree elm and planted stone in the forks of a branch corner to Walker Vaughan on Uriah Hollo__? original line to the beginning, it being a part divided to them by their
mother.  I also give to my sons Alanson M. Pulliam, Milton Pulliam and my daughter, Catharine Pulliam and my grandson, Joseph Richard Pulliam the lot I purchased of John Smith
in Prestonsburg to be equally divided between them the deed to the same is recorded in the general court office of Kentucky.  Item: I give to my son in law, James Pulliam, who married
my daughter, Martha Pulliam, on dollar to him and his heirs forever.

Item:  I leave in addition to what I have left my son Elijah Pulliam , five dollars to him and his heirs forever.  Item:  I leave in addition to what I have left my son, Alanson M. Pulliam five
dollars to him and his heirs forever.

Item:  I leave in addition to what I have left my son, Milton Pulliam ten dollars to him and his heirs forever.  Item:  I leave to my daughter Catharine Pulliam in addition to what I have
previous given her ten dollars to him and her heirs forever.  Item:  I give to my grandson, J. Richard Pulliam in addition to what I have previously given him, fifteen dollars dollars to him
and his heirs forever.

Item:  I give to my sons, Alanson M. Pulliam, Milton Pulliam, my daughter Catharine Pulliam and my grandson, Joseph Pulliam to them jointly on negro woman Jenny and her future
increase to them and their their heirs forever.

Item:  I have a claim on Richard Bouleware, deceased estate, which is yet settled.  Should anything be recovered from said estate, I leave it to be equally divided between my first wives
children and my grandson, Joseph Richard Pulliam.

Item:  I give unto my wife a negro woman named Fanny and a negro boy named William during her natural life and at her death said boy and woman with her increase to be equally
divided between my four sons by my last wife to them and their heirs forever.  I also leave to my wife during her natural life forty seven acres of land that I purchased of Lewis R. Majors
and eight acres I purchased of Levi Redmon and at my wife's death the said tracts of land to be equally divided between my four sons by my las wife.  I leave my sons Zachariah O.
Pulliam, one rifle gun with the equipment there unto belonging.  All the residue of my estate, not therefore bequeathed, I direct to be sold under the directions of my executors and in
twelve months after the date of said sale I direct my said executors to pay the said sums heretofore mentioned in the foregoing part of my estate and lastly I appoint my beloved wife,
Grace Pulliam my executrix and my two friends, Edmund Vaughan and Walker Vaughan my executors to this my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have hereto set my
hand and seal this second day of February 1834. Intentions on the 4th page between the third and fourth lines, Pulliam and between sixth and seventh line, before signing.

The last will and testament of Zachariah O. Pulliam, deceased, was produced in court and was proven by the oaths of Willis Blanton, Alexander H. Rennick and Edward M. McIlroy
the subscribing witnesses thereto and the codicil there was proven by the oaths of Elzra Richmond and John Townsley subscribing witness thereto both is ordered to be  recorded
which is done accordingly.
