Warren who sent for me to go to his room on Satur Evening the 4th Inst and he stated to me that he had worked hard to make something to live on and for the support of his father, mother and the family - But for the last nine months he had been quite unwell and he knew he was nearly at his last now, he knew he could not live much longer and that it was his wish that the property he had, should remain in the hands of the family for the support of his mother and family or in words to that effect, and that he died on the next Tuesday after this conversation.
