In the name of God amen, I William Sneed of the County of Franklin and State of Kentucky being weak in body but of sound mind and perfect memory do make this my
last will and testament in the manner following towit, that all my just debts and burial expenses be first paid and the satisfied.  It is next my wish and desire that my negro
man Reuben and my negro woman Celia be free from after my death and that Celia have one hundred dollars paid to her by me Executors out of my Estate.  I give to my
brother Landon Sneed the following negroes towit Ellick, William, Henry, Jack and Sally to him and his heirs forever. I give unto the heirs of my brother Achilles Sneed the
balance of my negroes to be equally divided between them.  I give to my brother John Sneed the plantation whereon I live together with my stock of Horses cattle sheep
hogs household and kitchen furniture and farming utensils.  I next appoint my brother Landon Sneed and my friend James Milam Executors of this my last will and testament
hereby revolking all other wills by me heretofore made.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of August 1827.

The last will and testament of Wm. Sneed decd. was produced in Court and proven by the oath of William R. Hawkins & Smith Hawkins two of the subscribing witnesses
thereto which is ordered to be recorded and the test same is done accordingly.
